1998 Olympic Silver Medalists
Congratulations to Elena and Anton--the new world champions! They won the gold after losing the short program to Jenni Meno & Todd Sand of the U.S. (thanks to falls on their sbs triple toes). Jenni and Todd came up with silver, the best finish for a U.S. team at worlds since 1979, while Peggy Schwarz & Mirko Muller of Germany won the bronze.
